GOOD PRACTICES IN COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT

AND COASTAL DEFENCE

 

7-8 June 2002

Purpose:

 

The main goal of this workshop is to present and discuss aspects of coastal zone management (CZM) and coastal defence at several national levels, including plans, policies, strategies and conflicts. It is mainly a practical workshop and still open for new presentations about case studies, practical ideas, applications or policies. Those who are interested in presenting their work, according to these features, should send a six-page text until 30th April 2002.
