I am undertaking some market research into the currently available and in-development software and on going research relating to hydraulic and hydrological aspects of flood forecasting and flood warning. This is part of a strategic look at procedures in the UK and for the future implementation of a possible system. Does anyone have any advice, experience, knowledge, references etc in this field - specifically in relation to REAL TIME modelling and forecasting. For example, I am aware that HR Wallingford UK are developing a REAL TIME version of ISIS. Any market literature, papers, info would be most helpful.
