IAHR 85th Anniversary Summit

Mr HO is a civil engineer by profession.  He has some 30 years’ experience in drainage infrastructures.  He is currently the Assistant Director of the Drainage Services Department.  He oversees the planning and maintenance of drainage system in Hong Kong.
