Drainage Modulus Calculation Method Research on Binjiang Urban Polder Areas Pump Station

Pump station drainage flow calculation module is the terminal of Binjiang urban polder areas drainage calculation; it is also the most important cycle. Drainage modulus is the main determinate variable of drainage flow, the key for calculating drainage modulus is to find the right calculation method. Current simplified calculation method relies on the inflow hydrograph while dealing with the non-linear relationship in drainage modulus calculation formula, thus it has poorer calculation accuracy. This paper proposed table method to deal with above mentioned non-linear relationship, and applied both the new and old methods into the drainage practice in Yangzhong City, obtained the advantages and disadvantages of table method and current method (graphical method) via calculation result comparisons.
