Researcher on Climate Change Adaptation, UK
University of Southampton is looking to recruit a PDRA on climate change adaptation to work with Emma Tompkins as part of a new 4 year project on 'migration as adaptation in deltaic regions' (DECCMA). The role is 75% research focussing on assessing household and national adaptation in 4 countries (Ghana, Bangladesh, India and Egypt), and 25% mapping the theory of change (i.e. how the research is having an impact). The researcher will ideally be a geographer/ environmental social scientist with both qualitative and quantitative research methods skills, however comparable experience would be accepted.
