IAHR, founded in 1935, is a worldwide independent member-based organisation of engineers and water specialists working in fields related to the hydro-environmental sciences and their practical application. Activities range from river and maritime hydraulics to water resources development and eco-hydraulics, through to ice engineering, hydroinformatics, and hydraulic machinery.

Marie Curie ITN Experienced Researcher (Post-Doc) QUICS, UK
CH2M HILL are advertsing for a Marie Curie Experienced Researcher (Post-Doc or equivalent experience) in Uncertainty interpretation and asset management.

This is part of the EU funded QUICS (Quantifying Uncertainty in Integrated Catchment Studies) Initial Training Network (http://www.quics.eu)

This 2 year fixed term post will commence by June 2015 and is based in CH2M HILL's Swindon office with two placements to the Universities of Sheffield and Delft.  The closing date for applications is end of Feb 2015.
