IAHR, founded in 1935, is a worldwide independent member-based organisation of engineers and water specialists working in fields related to the hydro-environmental sciences and their practical application. Activities range from river and maritime hydraulics to water resources development and eco-hydraulics, through to ice engineering, hydroinformatics, and hydraulic machinery.

Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor, Al Jouf University, Saudi Arabia

Applications are invited for faculty positions for the academic year 2016-2017 (starting September 2016) in the College of Engineering at Al Jouf University, Saudi Arabia. Applicants should be well qualified, motivated, enthusiastic and experienced who are willing to support the future development of the University. It is expected that prospective faculty will team up with existing faculty to promote the success of the University as well as strengthen its academic programs and scientific research work.

Applicants must possess PhD Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution as well as appropriate teaching and/or industrial experience coupled with a proven research record. They are expected to teach at University level, conduct scientific research and undertake other academic and administrative duties, as required by the University. Successful applicants will be offered positions as Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor depending on qualification and experience. English is the medium of instruction.
