Prof. at Braundenburg University of Technolgy Cottbus- Senftenberg, Germany BTU Course Director: EuroAquae - Hydroinformatics and Water Management Frank Molkenthin graduated in civilengineering from TU Berlin in 1988, wherehe also obtained his doctorate in 1994. Afterwards he joined BTU Cottbus asscientist and went on to receive a post-doctoral lecture qualification in 2001, beforebeing appointed apl.Professor in 2009. Heestablished the first HydroWeb course in1999, which was offered as IAHR studentchapter activity until 2005, later continuedwithin the international Erasmus MundusMSc course programme EuroAquae, and heconducted the IAHR-HydroWeb pilot projectfor YPNs in 2014
