Characteristics of Ice Regime on the Lower Yellow River During the 1990S

Abstract: During the 1990s, it occurs the lightest ice disasters on the lower Yellow River since1950, because of great changes of thermal and hydraulic conditions and channel morphology which influence changes of ice conditions on the lower stream. This paper analyzed briefly on the characteristics of changes of air temperature, runoff and ice conditions on the lower Yellow River during the 1990s.
