The International Scientific Committee and the Congress Organising Group of the 39th IAHR World Congress have been working hard on the scientific programme to achieve the overall objective of the congress: linking the past with the present and focusing on the importance of considering the full water cycle in addressing present and future challenges. They have also tried to ensure that the scientific programme includes all the issues, visions and challenges of the technical communities of IAHR.

The Congress invites you to submit any proposals for special sessions. Proposal should be submitted before 31 May 2020.
