IAHR joins UNESCO to celebrate the World Engineering Day - an opportunity to highlight engineering and the contribution of the world's engineers for a better, sustainable world! 

For IAHR it is a special day! Since 1935 we have been the only global water association focused on research, innovation, and engineering across all sectors of the entire water cycle. We are more than 5170 engineers and water specialists working in fields related to the hydro-environmental sciences and their practical application to build a sustainable world.
