The 24th IAHR-APD Congress, to be organized during October 14-17, 2024 in Wuhan, China, is now inviting proposals of special sessions and side events (submission deadline: April 30). Deadline for abstract submission is extended to March 15.

I. Proposals of Special Sessions

Proposals of special sessions, each typically lasts for 90 minutes, need to be submitted online and the conveners are responsible for inviting speakers, determining the session format, and setting the detailed agenda. Details such as the session title, description, contacts, and speakers need to be provided. The final acceptance will be notified via email and posted on the official website.

Key Dates for Special Session Proposals

• April 30, 2024 - Deadline for special session proposal submission

• June 1, 2024 - Notification of special session acceptance 

II. Proposals of Side Event 

Side events are meetings organized during the Congress. The theme of the side event should follow the Congress theme and be premised on the common realization of the Congress goals. To apply for the side event, please download the template of proposal from the official website and send the filled proposal to secretariat@iahr-apd2024.com.
