IAHR invites water institutes worldwide to share their insights in the Global Water Institutes Report: Digital Transformation of the Water Sector – Accelerators and Risks. The results of the survey will help to shape a landmark report to be presented at the 41st IAHR World Congress in Singapore (22-27 June 2025). 

The Global Water Institutes Report aims to capture the collective perspectives of leading institutions on key digital trends in the sector, focusing on two key areas:

• Digital accelerators: Identifying key technologies, tools, and approaches shaping the future of water management

• Risks and challenges: Assessing the key constraints, challenges, and barriers that accompany the digital transformation journey across the entire water cycle for countries, water basins, cities, and sectoral users. 

More than 120 organisations participated in the online dialogue held on 11 March. For more info you can download the presentation.
