IAHR awards the seventh IAHR Label for Water Training and Education

The IAHR Label for Water Training and Education is awarded jointly by IAHR and UNESCO under the Intergovernmental Hydrological Program (IHP) to institutions promoting and implementing excellence in training and education programs for competent and skillful professionals in the water sector. This distinction highlights the commitment of IAHR and UNESCO-IHP to educational excellence, fostering innovative and sustainable solutions to address global water challenges.

IAHR is pleased to annouce that it awards the seventh IAHR Label for Water Training and Education to the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona, Spain for the following:

• Master of Sc. in Water Engineering.
  

 About the Master of Sciences in Water Engineering

The aim of the master's degree in Water Engineering is to produce professionals who have a multidisciplinary engineering background that allows them to tackle the research, design and analysis of infrastructure and modelling and management projects in hydrotechnology and the environment. These professionals will be able to advise public administrations, companies and industries at local, regional, national and international levels.
