The International Working Group on Data and Models (IWGDM) is seeking a new Secretary to begin their 3-year term immediately after the International Conference on Urban Drainage Modelling (UDM) 2025, which will be held in Innsbruck.

This position offers the opportunity to actively engage with the IWGDM community, contribute to the group’s strategic direction, and potentially transition into the role of Chair after completing the term.

Working closely with the incoming Chair, Ico Broekhuizen, the Secretary will:

• Organise regular meetings.

• Discuss and coordinate future group activities.

• Facilitate communication between members.

Time commitment: The role is designed to be manageable. Currently, the Chair and Secretary meet every two months and exchange a few emails in between.
