The countdown to the 7th IAHR Young Professionals Congress has reached an exciting milestone.After the deadline, more than 200 abstracts with 500 author entries were submitted, representing 56 countries across 8 regions:

• Asia and the Pacific (APD) leads participation with 35.4% of all submitted works, driven by strong turnouts from Japan and China.

• Europe accounts for 28.4% of submissions, reflecting active involvement across 20 European nations including Germany, Russia, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, and the UK.

• Latin America (LAD) represents 8% of submissions, highlighting growing participation from Brazil and Peru.

• Africa also represented 9.6% of submissions, with Ghana, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Nigeria in the lead. 
  

• North America contributes 14.6% of submissions, with research groups from the United States and Canada.

The review process is underway and authors will be notified of acceptance on 18 October. We thank the 74 members of the International Scientific Committee for their support!
