IAHR members are invited to submit nominations for the 22nd Arthur Thomas Ippen Award, the 8th M. Selim Yalin Lifetime Achievement Award and the 21st Harold Jan Schoemaker Award. Also, IAHR encourages nominations of members to be awarded Honorary Membership of IAHR. The award recipients and new Honorary Members will be named initially during the IAHR online forum on 5-9 July 2021 and presented during the 39th IAHR World Congress, in Granada, Spain, on 19-24 June 2022.

IAHR Vice-President Prof. Robert Ettema is coordinating the nominations received for the 2021 Awards. Nominations should consist of a concise statement of the qualifications of the nominee, a listing of his/her outstanding accomplishments, pertinent biographical data, and a proposed statement of the endeavours for which the nominated awardee would be recognised. Each nomination should not be more than two typewritten pages in length.  

IAHR encourages nominations of individuals of all genders and worldwide! 

Nominations must be sent by 31 January 2021 using the standard nomination forms.
