Environmental Strategy Consulting/Asociación Mexicana de Hidráulica
About
With over three decades of experience in business development, water, wastewater and waste projects and services, and strategic management, I have successfully led diverse teams, executed complex projects, and driven sustainable growth across multinational organizations. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles in high-impact sectors, including water and wastewater management, hazardous waste recycling, and circular economy initiatives. As Country Manager at Panama, working for SUEZ and Promotora Ambiental, I led a successful growing branch and a business group comprising four companies, respectively, overseeing financial operations, stakeholder relations, and strategic planning. Likewise, my tenure as Strategic Engineering Manager at Promotora Ambiental and Business Development Manager at Recicladora Temarry provided me with extensive expertise in market analysis, negotiation, M&A analysis and corporate alliances. Beyond my technical competencies, I thrive in dynamic environments, fostering collaboration across multicultural and multigenerational teams. I hold an MBA from UDLAP, along with professional certifications in Finance & Administration, and Environmental Quality, complementing my Chemical Engineering background. Furthermore, my active participation in Non-Governmental Organizations—such as my current roles as part of the Board of Direction Asociación Mexicana de Hidráulica and Río Tijuana Initiative—demonstrates my commitment to sustainable solutions and community engagement. I am eager to bring my leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise to your company.
