About
Presently a Ph.D. researcher in Hydraulics & Water Resources Engineering of the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Kharagpur, specializing in sediment transport around bridge piers, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling. My work integrates experimental hydraulics along with CFD to address pressing challenges in bridge pier scour, mitigation sediment dynamics, and eco-hydraulic system design. Beyond my doctoral research, I actively collaborated on different funded projects in hydrogeology, water security, and sustainable remediation technologies during my Master of Engineering at Jadavpur University and international collaborators. My professional vision is to bridge scientific research on sediment transport with practical field based engineering solutions for sustainable water infrastructure development.
