Dr. Elsaeed is the founder and the General Manager of Sadco Engineering Works, Over 26 years experience in feasibility studies, conceptual planning, cost analysis, site investigation and soil analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, specifications and estimates for bid invitation, evaluation of bids, preparing the client-contractor contract, construction supervision, material testing and quality control.

Dr. Elsaeed manages Sadco Engineering Works, a Consulting Engineering Firm involved in major infrastructure projects in Egypt and the Middle East area, and cooperates with major American and European companies and firms and was involved in construction and engineering projects exceeding EGP 4.0B, he also served on the Board of Direction of Multinational Companies.

Major Achievements:

As a Board member, the Chairman and CEO of Misr Realestate Assets Company, 100% owned by the Egyptian Government (2007-2013), Dr. Elsaeed managed over $1.2B of realestate assets and investments. He is also a member of several Professional Societies, The Egyptian Society of Engineers, Past International Director, Board member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (2001-2004), Central Dredging Association and The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. He is also active on the public service front in Egypt, he served as the Chair of the Public Works Committee of the elected Local Council for Cairo for a period of 12 years, Board Member of several Social/ Charity Societies in Cairo and a member of the Board of Trustees of Mansheit Elbakry Public Hospital which serves more than 3 million people.
