Dr. Qizhong (George) Guo is Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA. He received his B.E. in Hydraulic Engineering from Tianjin University (China) and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities (USA). His research focuses on stormwater management, flood resilience, green infrastructure, and coastal restoration.
