Dr. Barış Yılmaz is a professor and researcher specializing in hydraulics, hydrology, water resources management. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University, focusing on multi-criteria decision analysis for water management. He has held academic positions at Manisa Celal Bayar University and currently serves as a professor at International Vision University, North Macedonia. His research interests include climate change impacts on water resources, sustainable building design, and hydrological modeling. Dr. Yılmaz has contributed to European COST projects and served as a consultant for the World Bank.
