I have been a member of the NIWA Urban Aquatic Environments group since 2006. Although my main field of expertise is stormwater management, I have worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from environmental and climate change impact assessments to catchment modelling. I am skilled in geospatial analysis and have experience modelling both water quality and quantity. I amd a member of the Catchment Landuse for Environmental Sustainability (CLUES) modelling team and has applied this model at the catchment, regional and national scales for central and regional government. I am an assistant editor to the Hydrological Processes Journal and was a member of the IWA/IAHR Joint Committee on Urban Drainage between 20016-18. Prior to working at NIWA, I was based at Lund University where my research area was stormwater management in cold climates.
