About

Director of the Center for Port and Coastal Studies at the Center for Public Works Studies and Experimentation (CEDEX). She holds a degree in Marine Sciences from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and a Master's degree in Public Management and Leadership from the Menéndez Pelayo International University. She is a member of the senior faculty technicians of autonomous agencies of the Ministry of Transport. She has spent her entire professional career at CEDEX, holding various positions such as Technical Advisor for Environmental Studies, Director of the Marine Environment, and Director of the R&D&I Support Unit. In April of this year, she was appointed Director of the CEDEX Center for Port and Coastal Studies.
