I was program manager at European Commission, (Brussels; retired 2019), educated as physical oceanographer, and did apply geophysical fluid dynamics to lakes and marine ecosystems; My affiliations: International Association for Promoting Geoethics (Rome); Research Scholar @:Ronin Institute (US) & edgeryders (EU).
