I am presently working as an Assistant Professor in Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad, after serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Chair of Hydraulic Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. Previously, I completed my PhD (Hydraulic Engineering) in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. My research focuses on Computational Fluid Dynamics, Hydraulic Structures, Sediment Transport and Hydropower Development. Previously, I have worked in the Hydropower Sector for about 5 years.
