Abstract: Gabriella Giuseppetti graduated as a civil engineer from the University of Bologna in 1968. From 1971 she was at the Centre for Hydraulic and Structural Research CRIS of the national energy company ENEL in Milano, where she was in the research and development group for advancing the finite element method.
