Abstract: In this paper, pollutant transport acted by wave in near-shore area of mild slope beach is studied by physical experiment and numerical simulation. Based on the study of wave propagation model, multiple wave breaking model, longshore current model and pollutant convection-dispersion model, pollutant transport near the main outfall of Bohai Bay has been analyzed. It is concluded that the pollutant transport is strongly influenced by the waves acting at certain areas on the near-shore area of mild slope beach.
