Abstract: The conservation equations for the mean, the two-point moment and the npoint moment of the concentration of a reactive solute in the case of linear and reversible adsorption and decay (production), and of transport by steady, spatially-stationary groundwater flow in a heterogeneous, anisotropic aquifer are developed.
