Abstract: Due to the complex geometry of the water intake structures, the flow in the vicinity is high non-uniform, full turbulent and has a velocity field difficult to control. In addition, the fluid system is non-homogeneous as the presence of ice formations in the winter periods and of alluvial suspensions.
