Abstract: The winter ice damage of Tanghe hydropower station of Tibet is analyzed. Preliminary suggestions in designs for diversion water power station of Rikaze, a prefecture of Tibet, are proposed. It is of great importance not just to the winter operation of diversion water power station of Rikaze, but to that of Tibet as well.
