Abstract: Stability of bank revetment of reservoir in cold zone under ice pushing force is an important engineering problem. In this paper, the character of ice pushing force is analysed and the method to obtain the value of ice pushing force by test is recommended. The stability of bank revetment is analysed and calculated by the method of circular arc slide.
