Abstract: The remote site of the Tugurskaya Tidal Power Plant (TPP) dam under design on the Russian coast of the Okhotsk Sea is to cross the Tugursky Bay. The dam includes the 11 km section of turbine units and two nonoverflow dykoe 5 km and 2 km long connecting the central pertion with the Big Lagrand and Rhinccerod Capes, respectively.
