Abstract: Study on the developing mode of ice prevention decision-making supporting system of the Yellow River is supported by ice prevention decision-making of the Yellow River with the functionality's of ice prevention information management, ice prevention information service, ice prevention information prediction, scheme analysis and calculation of ice preventing regulation as a whole, by taking advantage of features of storage information, logical judgment and rapid computing of computer. This system is designed and developed obeying the principle that data and models are separated each other. The oriented programming methods are used for the software system, and the human-machine interactive mode is adopted when the system is operated. The developed system will provided strong support for ice prevention decision-making of the Yellow River.
