Abstract: Winston Yu has extensive experience working on technical and institutional problems in the water sector and has carried out several investment projects in a variety of developing countries. His special interests include river basin management, hydrologic modeling, flood forecasting and management, groundwater hydrogeology,international rivers and transboundary issues, irrigation modernization, water allocation decision support systems, institutional and policy analysis, and adaptation to climate change.
