Abstract: Due to the global warming, the atmospheric temperature will rise to about 3°C until 2030 caused by CO, doubling Jager and Ferguson, 1991]. The rising effects of sea level have been analyzed by many researchers to estimate the capital investment for embankment structure against land sinking. On the other hand, few investigations to water resources have been taken for this issue. There are two reasons; one reason is that the considered area is relatively small and another is that the input sequences of daily temperature and precip- itation is confused. However, we want to know the expected impact of global warming on our river basin. Their information is very useful not only to make planning of water resources system but also to decide the management rule.
