Abstract: The fate of a component in a natural system is mainly determined by two processes:transport and degradation. The components are chemicals in most cases. But the behaviour of biological specieslike for example bacteria can be described in the same manner(Voigt 1990).Mostfrequently modeing effords are initiated by a problem of water quality.Pollutants fromindustry or agriculture, from landfill or waste repositories are an increasing menace toclean water and environment.
