Abstract: Mankind is going from the natural conditions to the artificial conditions, Changes on watersheds, modified hydrologic regime, altered runoff situations need more and more effectual interdisciplenar and international cooperations. Regulations, canalizations and the utilization of riversneed biiateral -'and multilateral agreements with new aspect of waterenvironment. Plannings need more efforts becouse of more and more sensitive public opinion. Good example is for this an Europian river the Danube with eight riparian contries, and Hungary having special geographic conditions.
