Abstract: In this paper a predictive technique, i. e. simulationmodel, capable of descrbing accurately the spatial andtemporal distribution of hydrodynamic (velocity fields, pressure and density) and water quality (temperature andsalinity) characteristics of flow within a reservoir whichis stratified due to the combine effects of temperature and salinity is given.
