Abstract: There is a distinct need for a stormwater managementmodel to account for various sources of flow in a combined sanitarysewer. Algorithms are suggested for such sources so thatstormwater models may be used to design relief works for overloadedcombined sanitary sewers. The USEPA SwMM3 Model was enhanced inthis way.
