Abstract: The shortage of water resources in the Peruvian Altiplano is increasingly noticeable at the same time it is observed that the water sources over the years have been decreasing their flows, producing unsatisfied water demand in crops. The general objective of the research project is to determine the future scenarios of the availability of the water resource for the integral system of lagoons with incidence climate change for which a current and future availability scenario was determined water supply, was determined based on “Climate Change, called Climate Scenarios. Exist hydrological models with tools that can help planning, however The WEAP model has advantages over other models because it integrates the offers with the demands for water in relation to the management of the resource and in addition to its ability to work on future scenarios, such as the climate change scenario, which would allow knowing the behavior of the basins under study.
