Abstract: Water scarcity is a critical issue in East Nusa Tenggara Province, particularly in Ende District. Ensuring a consistent water supply, or water continuity, is an ongoing concern that arises every year. This study aims to assess the existing piping network in Ende City, which is supplied by six raw water sources, to enhance water continuity and ensure a continuous flow of water 24 hours a day. Using a quantitative approach, the study calculates water demand at each node within the piping network and analyzes the system with the WaterNet application. Currently, the water flow conditions in Ende Regency do not meet ideal standards for continuous flow (1x24 hours) and minimum residual pressure (0.5-1 atm). Most pipe networks in Ende Town have residual pressures below zero. To improve the piping network, adjustments need to be made to the inner diameter of the pipes, pressure-reducing valves (PRVs) should be installed, certain tanks deactivated, tank capacities increased, and pump capacities upgraded. This study is valuable for Perumda Tirta Kelimutu, providing essential insights for enhancing the network system in Ende City and striving to achieve continuous water flow that meets regulatory standards.
