Abstract:

To enhance climate resilience in the Pacific, the Tonga Preparedness Pilot Project implemented a digital twin of Tongatapu island. This high-resolution, interactive 3D model allows for realistic simulation of sea-level rise scenarios, strengthening national disaster preparedness and setting a scalable precedent for other small island states.
