Abstract: Welcome to the 15 th International Conference on Hydroinformatics (HIC) 2024, a gathering dedicated exploring challenges and opportunities on the path from nature to digital water! Within the following pages, 95 full papers selected among the 172 submitted are presented within the following pages and represent the forefront of Hydroinformatics, each one aiming at stimulating innovations and insights. HIC 2024, hosted by Ministry of Water Resources of the People’s Republic of China, in collaboration with the International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR) and the International Water Association (IWA), stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and collective expertise. Jointly organized by leading institutions including China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), HIC 2024 serves as a nexus for the world’s foremost minds in Hydroinformatics. HIC 2024 was convened under the theme “From Nature to Digital Water: Challenges and Opportunities”. Papers and associated presentations were gathered under six key topics complemented with sixteen special sessions, each delving into critical and innovative aspects of Hydroinformatics. The breadth of subjects covered reflects the multifaceted nature of our discipline.
