Abstract: A light point can be visualized upon the partition surface of two fluids. An optical system can follow the displacement of this point. The advantages of this system are: - the non contacted probing that does not disturb the flow - very high band pass - measurement can be realized when classical systems are unsuited (non conductor fluids, stratified flow interface with non miscible fluids)
