Abstract:

Communication plays a critical role in the global adaptation to climate change. Since 2007, the Intergovern-mental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has defined Climate Change as “unequivocal”, at the same time, global creeping resistance to act factually may be detected at the political, social, and even individuallevels in recent years. O’Neill and Nicholson-Cole1highlighted that engagement plays a key role as itrepresents a state of connection comprising all the co-dependent spheres of rational cognition, emotionalinvolvement, and actions of individuals.
