Abstract: In this paper the relation of irregular topograph to runoffconcentration was analysed. Runoff-concentration and soil-erosion should influence each other. A local serious soil erosion is outcome of concentrated runoff. The soil erosion should in turn to intensify this runoff-concentrating process. The runoff concentration leads the soil erosion to evolve into a concentrating process also. In avoiding these bi-concentrated phenomena it needs to disperse runoff by thick vegetation cover at the ground. A hydraulic model for vegetation cover to increase the retardationtime of runoff is analysed. Even this change was related to the division of surface runoff and of infiltrated percentage.
