Abstract: The hydrodynanic problem of unknown boundary in connectionwith numerical application for wave motion on a beach is discussedand solved in the paper.Free surface(1)and shore line(4)motionequations are given. The "mean values"method of numerical integra-tion for obtained equations is involved.Ihis method is characteri-zed by the following features:i.)it transforms the previous systemof PDE into system of ordinary differential equations which are nu-merically solved by method of the predictor-corrector(PC)type,ii.)it respects the dynamic and kinematic conditions on the moving1-D boundary of solution identical with the marginal point of a mo-vable grid, iii.)it considers the moving computational grid withsuitable motion properties of individual grid points.
