Abstract: This communication presents measurements of the unsteady wall pressure in an annular flow involving a fixed outer pipe and a rigid centre-body oscillating about a pivot; these measurements are of interest in the study of stability of rigid and flexible bodies in annular flow. The measurements are in quite good agreement with the authors' theoretical predictions.
