Abstract: One of the least known component of urban drainage s ystems is the inlet which is set on pavement gutters. Inlets serve as a "control section" in urban storm runoff analyses. Thus, an investigation on the inlet capacit y and estimation of its efficiency was undertaken usin g a laboratory model.
